About the role We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team to service clients primarily located outdoors in parkland.
Classification: Level 1 Rate: $32.31 per hour, plus other allowances as applicable Hours: Varied in line with seasonal requirements.
The sites become particularly busy from September and during the summer period.
Location: In and around Port Campbell Key responsibilities Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, urinals, dispensers, sinks, mirrors Waste, rubbish, recycling removal Vacuum and wash floors, paying particular attention to corners and edges Dust areas Replace and replenish publicly provided supplies, eg.
toilet paper, liquid hand soap, bin liners Spot clean walls and other areas as required and remove cobwebs or other unsightly items Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate with Manager as needed Requirements Have the right to work in Australia, hold current national police check, working with children check Have a driver licence and reliable personal vehicle to travel to place of work Previous commercial cleaning knowledge and experience would be advantageous Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage tasks effectively High level of customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for cleanliness Have an acceptable level of physical and mental fitness Why ACS Property Services Mid sized organisation with a family feel Base rate plus allowances Opportunity to contribute to a fast growing organisation Career growth opportunities How to apply If you meet our criteria, please click the APPLY NOW button.
