**How will I Help?**
As the Team Member, you will join our Mortgage Operations team which is a part of the Group Operations, CST. You will be responsible for provision of full support and maintenance on specific classes of loans which includes validating account closure data, reporting validating, updating corrections on MSS, reconciliations, redraws, post settlement requests.

You will actively participate in building a proud culture and deliver improvements that exceed customer needs, financial targets and balanced with meeting compliance requirements. You will proactively contribute to innovation and continuous improvement to improve quality, process efficiency, and risk and compliance outcomes by working closely with wider Westpac Group organization. You will demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges and ensure all risks are identified, logged, managed, and track any reoccurring problems and service improvement opportunities.

**What do I need?**
In order to succeed in this role, you will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and have a great sense of awareness. A background in Finance - Servicing would be ideal as you will have to be in a high volume, productivity-driven environment when loan circles are peaking.

You will have strong stakeholder management to build strong, effective working relationships with stakeholders. You will have a willingness to learn and progress your career within the accounts closure space. You will also have high attention to detail and prioritization skills to ensure deliverables and targets are being met.
