This is a permanent, part-time position located in Devonport.
The roster is 25.25 hours per fortnight, the rotating roster is:Week one: Monday 12:15pm to 05:00pm, Tuesday 12:15pm to 04:15pm and Wednesday 12:15pm to 04:15pm.Week two: Thursday 09:00am to 04:15pm and Friday 09:30am to 04:15pm.What you'll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
We'd love you to have:Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targetsStrong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindsetConfidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phoneEagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank differentDrive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goalsExperience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essentialWhy work with us?
