**SPS Facilities** is on the lookout for a reliable and detail-focused **Outdoor Amenities Cleaner** to join our team at the beautiful Wivenhoe Dam. If you're looking for a steady, part-time role with early starts and work-life balance, this could be the perfect fit for you

- Position Details**:

- **Roster**: Monday to Friday
- **Shift Length**: 5.5 hours per day
- **Start Time**: 6:00 AM
- **Status**: Permanent Part-Time
- **Locations**: Servicing 3 outdoor sites

- Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain public amenities, children's play areas, and shared community spaces
- Sanitize toilets, basins, and high-touch surfaces
- Maintain BBQ facilities, picnic tables, and public seating areas
- Remove grease waste, cobwebs, graffiti, stains, and any markings that affect the presentation of the site
- General duties such as blowing leaves, rubbish removal, and floor mopping
- Clean a small on-site office and kitchen area
- Use all provided cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively

- What We're Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong commitment to safety procedures and site protocols
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
- **Must** have reliable transport to move between multiple site locations
- Immediate availability is highly regarded
