We are listening to candidate feedback and industry best practice by simplifying the application process for our Graduate Program.
This year, we won't be asking you to complete video interviews and attend assessment centres.Recruitment Process:Step One: Online ApplicationThis is an opportunity to stand out and detail who you are, your studies, skills, and experiences.
To avoid delays, don't leave your application until the last minute
Step Two: Aptitude TestingYou will be required to complete a timed online aptitude test which is used to measure mental reasoning ability.Step Three: Panel InterviewSuccessful applicants will be invited to attend a panel interview where you will meet with a diverse group of managers.
A great opportunity to ask any questions and find out about their experiences.Step Four: Final InterviewYou will meet with hiring managers for your graduate role.
The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you better, we encourage you to share your education, relevant experience and interest in the role and Fujitsu.
