Early Childhood Teacher - Term Break Coordinator
The International Grammar School Early Learning Centre seeks a highly motivated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic early learning team in a unique coordinator role.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or someone ready to take the next step in their career and develop leadership skills under a skilled leadership team.
Responsibilities
Lead the educational program from 3:00pm to 6:00pm during term time, with a focus on delivering meaningful and authentic learning experiences each afternoon.
Collaborate with the Director of Early Learning and the Educational Leader to coordinate, lead, and implement the program during term breaks.
Inspire and guide a team of educators, fostering a positive, collaborative, and enriching learning environment for staff and children.

ACECQA recognised university qualification in Early Childhood Teaching
Current NESA registration
Current ACECQA approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certifications
Current ACECQA approved Child Protection training or willingness to obtain
Willingness to be the Responsible Person
Safe Food Supervisor qualifications or willingness to obtain
Availability to work 10:30am - 6:10pm Monday - Friday during term time and flexible shift times during term break
Demonstrated understanding of EYLF and Reggio Emilia pedagogy
Previous leadership/management experience in an early education and care setting (desirable)
Current WWCC
Sound computer skills
Qualifications
ACECQA recognised university qualification in Early Childhood Teaching
Current NESA registration
Current ACECQA approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certifications
Current ACECQA approved Child Protection training or willingness to obtain
