**About the Role**
- As an Aged Care Employee at IRT William Beach Gardens, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents' daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care and help create a nurturing, supportive environment for our elderly residents.
We are currently looking for Aged Care Employees to work a **_minimum of 32 hours per week_** with the ablity to work**_ morning shifts (0630-1500) and afternoon shifts (1400-2230)._**
**Your work will include**:
- Assisting our residents with their daily living and personal needs such as eating, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, personal grooming and general mobility
- Supporting resident participation in lifestyle and social activities
**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- **Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support or equivalent** A big heart - you're empathetic, adaptable and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possibl
