We're looking for enthusiastic, passionate, highly motivated floral designers preferably with previous experience in a florist retail store.
You ideally:
- Be confident in all aspects of floristry.
- Taking phone orders and assisting with online orders.
- Ability to create bouquets and arrangements with your own sense of strong creative flair for orders and shop display quickly and efficiently.
- Assisting with creating designs and styles in the current trends for our Instagram page and online store.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for our customers and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Have an eye for quality, detail and style.
- Able to monitor flower inventory and ensure adequate supply to fulfill orders and shop displays.
- Job entails lifting of buckets, vases, conditioning, rotating stock and arranging the flower table wall every second day.
- Self-directed to achieve individual, team and company goals.
- General housekeeping, shop maintenance & merchandising.
- Assist with wedding enquiries.
- Willing to possibly progress to an early morning flower market run in future if keen.
- Be available to work over 3-4 days a week spread out to work and manage alongside existing staff
Right conditions for the right persons.
Can start Thursday 30th or Friday 31st January onwards.
