Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services, including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, a mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service.

Responsibilities
Provide a clinical consultancy service within an assigned area of specialty (Alcohol and Other Drugs).
Develop standards of practice, implement changes to clinical practice, educate staff, and initiate research and quality improvement activities.
Offer a Consultation Liaison Service across hospital services and external sites within the area of expertise, with a focus on improving patient care and outcomes in the colorectal patient population, including care for patients with ostomies.
Provide mentorship and role modelling for nurses and contribute to the advancement of the profession in line with the Fiona Stanley Nursing vision and values.
Qualifications and Experience
Senior nursing level with professional accountability to the Mental Health Nurse Director and Area Director of Nursing and Midwifery (or Director of Nursing and Midwifery as applicable).
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence clinical practice and quality improvement initiatives.
