Warehouse Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on efficiency, productivity, and safety.
The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. They will also manage the allocation of resources, supervise staff scheduling, and maintain productivity standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring efficient loading/unloading and fulfillment targets
Allocating resources and managing subcontractors for vessel unloading
Supervising staff scheduling and maintaining productivity standards
Coordinating inventory and supply ordering
Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
Leading and supporting warehouse projects and contributing to broader team initiatives
Requirements include a tertiary qualification in a related field and/or related work experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5-8 years' experience in warehousing with safety management, planning, troubleshooting, and improvement activities. Sound computer skills and experience with Warehouse Management systems are also essential.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in a related field and/or related work experience
Minimum 5-8 years' experience in warehousing with safety management, planning, troubleshooting, and improvement activities
Sound computer skills and experience with Warehouse Management systems

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
