Our relentless work ethic and vibrant culture create a positive and supportive environment across our tight-knit network, propelling us towards excellence every day.Tasks & responsibilities· Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor.
· Change, repair or replace worn and faulty mechanical parts and components of automotive systems.
· Identifying mechanical faults as well as issues with vehicle stability and tyre wear.
· Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.
· Providing advice and reporting potentially dangerous risks found on customer vehicles· Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles.
· Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and inspections, including oil changes, filter replacements, etc.
· Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaced parts or assemblies.As a qualified candidate, we hope you· Certificate III or above in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology including at least two years on-the-job training.
· At least 1 year full-time equivalent work experience as a motor mechanic in the past 5 years.
· Hold an Australian Driver License.
· Have good communication skills,· Enjoy working in a team environment,· Have excellent time management and problem-solving skills,· Have Physically fit and able to perform daily duties.
