Fencing Labourer working in Perth and Surrounding suburbs

**Job Type**: Casual / Subcontract

**About Us**:
We are a growing fencing company specialising in [residential / commercial / security] fencing. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, reliability, hard working with a positive attitude. We are now looking for a hardworking and motivated fencing labourer to join our crew.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the installation of fences, gates, and related structures
- Digging holes, mixing concrete, and setting posts
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- General site clean-up and labouring duties
- Supporting the lead fencer and team to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Previous fencing or construction experience (preferred but not essential - training provided)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- White Card / construction induction card - would be an added bonus
