You will play a crucial role in providing content editing and writing services, ensuring the implementation of effective communication strategies, and maintaining consistency in tone and quality across the white-label partner's Business as Usual (BAU) content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide content editing and writing services in alignment with the bank's communication strategies.
- Implement user-centric communication strategies and ensure white-label partner's BAU content is consistent in tone, quality, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards of communication across various channels.
- Uphold meticulous attention to detail in written and verbal communication.

**Skills & Experience**:

- ** Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably within the Australian banking or finance industry.**:

- Demonstrated ability to implement user-centric communication strategies and plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
