Join us as an **On-Call Special Needs School Bus Driver** and become a vital part of our supportive and dedicated team

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide safe and reliable transportation for students with special needs.
- Create a welcoming, understanding and positive environment for students and their families.
- Collaborate with teachers, aides and other staff to ensure every child's needs are met.
- Stay punctual and adapt to last-minute route or schedule changes as needed.
- Perform pre and post-trip vehicle checks to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition. Reporting any issues promptly.
- Act swiftly and calmly in emergency situations.

**Requirements**:

- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- A compassionate and reliable individual with strong problem solving skills.
- The ability to assist students with varying needs, including lifting or guiding as necessary.
- Availability for on-call assignments during school hours.
- A commitment to safety, professionalism and student care.
