You will be involved in the customer's journey to styling and customising High-Fashion frames (from Luxury Brands such as CHANEL , Tiffany & Co . and Gucci) to suit their lifestyle.What's in it for you?

You bring to the team :Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structureProven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skillsExceptional time management and organisational skillsRetail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirableWe pride ourselves on delivering premium service to our customers through the whole lifecycle, to walking into our store, to customising high-fashion frames to suit their lifestyle.In this critical role, you will :Build a high-performing team driven to achieve KPIs and sales targetsLead and engage the team dailyCoach and inspire through trainingCreate a customer-centric environmentEnsure compliance with brand guidelines and inspire best practiceReady to APPLY?
