Munro Footwear Group (MFG) has an exciting role for a **Marketing Coordinator** to join our **Marketing team**. In this role, you'll bring in your multi-brand retail marketing experience along with digital marketing exposure to support the planning, execution and reporting of brand marketing programs.

**What You'll Do**
- Assisting with planning the promotions and marketing calendar activities.
- Assisting with local area marketing planning, including new store openings.
- Assisting with production management, asset development and production planning including dispatch of materials.
- Briefing and executing in-store and/or centre marketing events based on promotional plans.
- Supporting commercial transactions conducted electronically with digital media.
- Briefing and executing digital communications tactics, including content creation and integration.
- Assisting with gathering data, reporting on Marketing and campaign activities to demonstrate ROI.

**What We're Looking For**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or communications.
- 2+ years' experience in marketing, with demonstrated experience in multi-brand retail marketing.
- Exposure to digital marketing along with traditional campaigns.
- Experience in assisting with the successful implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience with online platforms will be highly regarded.
- Retail/FMCG, wholesale and/or B2B experience highly advantageous.
- Well-developed ability to organise and prioritise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands to individual brand requirements at a high pace, whilst maintaining high quality output in a fast-paced retail environment.
