Based in our head office in West Perth the Accounts Officer will join team our Accounts team that undertake a range of accounts management functions to accurately capture data and maintain the integrity of APM's accounts information.

You will be a confident and experienced accounts professional capable of working in a fast-paced and flexible environment. You draw on your experience to proactively process through your daily tasks and priorities. You will have to focus on high quality, timely outcomes and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.

This is initially offered on a 12 month fixed-term with potential for ongoing opportunities.

**In this role you will be responsible for**
- Credit cards coding and reconciliations
- Cash and Banking with accurate data input
- ProMaster management for both credit cards and expense reimbursements
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and timely processing of payment files.

**Skills you'll bring**
- 2+ years' experience as an Accounts Clerk, Account Coordinator or similar role
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Attention to detail, accuracy and capacity to problem solve
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and independently to self-manage and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain professional and respectful relationships with work colleagues and customers and provide quality customer service
- High level of computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
