Our client is a leading manufacturer in their field, with a strong Australian presence and global support. They work both in B2B and B2C and are seeking to continue their steady growth over the coming year.

Due to a period of leave within the senior leadership team, they are seeking an Interim Head of Finance to lead their self-sufficient team and see through a number of ongoing projects.

**The Role**:
As the Head of Finance, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Managing existing project pipeline - from system integrations, automations and potential acquisitions
- Partnering with Senior Leadership and Operations on strategy and providing analysis and insights
- Managing a team of 5
- Overseeing financial reporting
- Managing tax affairs, and relationships with the external tax firm
- Maintaining the relationship with external auditors
- Tracking budgets and cashflow

**Your Background**:
To become a key member of the leadership team, you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CIMA etc)
- Broad exposure to both day-to-day finance, projects, and achievements
- Experience within a mid-sized business or entity preferred
- Manufacturing or related industry experience
- Agile management approach and strong people skills
- Attention to detail
- A strategic approach to work and partnering
