This is a part-time, hands-on role where youll work across the full production cycle—no two days are the same.ResponsibilitiesCapture professional, engaging footage for a variety of corporate projectsDirect on-set and make talent feel comfortable and confidentCollaborate with clients from initial brief through to deliveryManage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring deadlines and budgets are metWork closely with in-house editors to bring concepts to life with strong visual storytellingMaintain strong client relationships and present creative ideas clearlyBalance a mix of shooting, producing, and client management tasksQualifications35 years of hands-on experience in camera operation and/or producing (TV, advertising, or corporate)Ability to work quickly and creatively on set, capturing a variety of shots that support the storyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at onceA collaborative mindset and willingness to jump into all areas of productionPassion for quality storytelling and engaging contentCurrent WA drivers licenceBased in Perth, WAWhy Is This a Great OpportunityPart-time role (20 hours/week) with flexibility in days and some work-from-homeWork with a passionate and experienced production teamCreative freedom and input on a diverse range of projectsAccess to high-end camera, lighting, and audio gearIn-house editing team and post-production suiteWork with WA's biggest companies in a collaborative, ego-free environmentVariety of projects from mining safety videos to animated internal comms and marketing contentEmployment detailsPart-timeLocation: Perth, Western Australia
