We are seeking small to medium-sized cleaning companies in the Shepparton area to join us as Business Partners, operating under our successful Business Unit model developed over the past decade. As we experience rapid growth, we aim to onboard additional Business Units in a subcontracting capacity. Our clients are located throughout Melbourne's inner and outer suburbs and into regional Victoria, and we have a strong track record of long-standing service across various sectors. What it takes
- Strong work ethics, and hands-on involvement with your team
- Working experience as a sub-contractor for other companies
- An understanding of OH&S, Quality Management and Environmental Management systems
- A Public Liability, Work Cover, Labour Hire Licence insurance
- Current Working with Children Checks and National Police Checks of all team members
- Proven track record of employing people as per the Australian National Employment Standards
- Passionate, enthusiastic and high-quality team members, who take pride in their work
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to grow.....

Schedules: Generally evening shift and weekend availability, if any
