**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **full-time Retail Manager **to join a busy pharmacy in southeast Victoria. You will be joining a friendly pharmacy to provide the customers with excellent professional service. As the Retail Manager, you will lead alongside the Managing Pharmacist. Your duties will include retail stock management, FOS staff management, staff coaching and development, merchandising and co-ordinating all retail shop activities as well as customer service.
- A proven and natural leadership style with prior experience managing and developing people
- Strong computer literacy skills
- An understanding of the principles of stock management & experience with merchandising
- Great organisational skills along with strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
- An energetic and a positive and professional attitude and appearance
- A strong work ethic
*Previous pharmacy experience

**About the Location**:
Located 14 kilometres south east of Melbourne CBD in a family friendly trendy neighbourhood.

**The Offer**:
You will be required to work full time hours on a Monday-Friday roster at a negotiable rate of $25-$30 per hour depending on experience.

**This pharmacy is closed weekends. You can finally go for a weekend away like everyone else**

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Pharmacy: 1 year (required)
