**About Your Role: Warehouse Administrator / Logistics Operator**

Join our team as a Warehouse Administrator / Logistics Operator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless flow of materials through our warehouse processes. Your responsibilities include assisting with warehouse operations, managing freight, and maintaining accurate records in our inventory management systems (CINCOM & MILIS).

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.
- Manage internal and external freight operations.
- Record receipts and deliveries accurately and promptly in CINCOM and MILIS.
- Ensure shelf life control of materials and equipment.
- Handle MILIS reconciliation tasks and transactions as required.
- Produce customer reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Administer Repair, Milestone & Purchase orders in MILIS.

**Experience, Skills & Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Warehousing and Logistics.
- C Class Licence and Forklift Licence.
- Proficient in manual handling tasks with logistics experience.
- Computer literate with MS Office 2010 and above.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Customer-focused and capable of working with mínimal supervision.
