Supervising a small team of Accounts Payable professionals and driving success with a collaborative and supportive approach.

**Your day will involve**:

- Leading a team of Accounts Payable Officers in a high-volume environment
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internally and externally)
- Prepare to be "hands on" to cover gaps in processes
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve account reconciliation issues
- Driving process improvement within the accounts payable function

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in leading an accounts payable processing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong month-end and year-end reporting experience
- Ability to analyse data and recommend improvement opportunities.
