Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a Network Team Lead to join their team in Melbourne on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing the network operations and ensuring the effective resolution of technical issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor the network engineer team to ensure optimal performance, professional growth, and cross team collaboration.
- Manage the team's workload by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and a high-quality delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, facilitate regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share insights and promote knowledge sharing.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in managing Enterprise networks both on prem and public cloud including In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and other security technologies.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in network administration, security management, and team leadership roles.
- Proven experience with maintaining enterprise security modules and appliances following security best practices.
- Ability to communicate ideas and solutions in both technical and non-technical language.
- ITIL certification, Cisco certification (CCNA or CCNP) and Public cloud administration certification (Azure).
