The expansion of the Epworth Eastern has led to additional hospital beds, an expanded ICU department, additional clinical and theatre spaces, an expanded orthopaedic centre, and dedicated oncology services. These have increased the demand for hospital pharmacy services within the Epworth Eastern. Here at Slade Pharmacy, we offer clinical, operational and quality pharmacy services to specialties including surgery, oncology, renal dialysis, urology, cardiology, neurology, general medicine, and more.

**In this role, you'll**:

- Receive, dispense, and supply medications for hospital inpatients and outpatients
- Assist in processing and maintaining imprest levels, and managing hospital ward stock
- Reconcile and manage prescriptions and patient medication discharge profiles
- Provide support to patients, carers and hospital staff
- Process PBS claims and assist in producing medication profiles to hospital patients on discharge
- Confidently complete administrative and record keeping duties
- Assist with patient account enquiries

**_Eligibility Requirements:_**
- Previous experience dispensing medication in an Australian pharmacy
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
