Western Work Force is an Australian owned recruitment company and are a market leader in providing temporary, contract and permanent staffing solutions across various industry sectors.

Due to business growth, our client is currently seeking Production Workers for ongoing, casual roles in their manufacturing plant in the Neerabup, located NOR. These positions will be working the hours of Monday to Friday 06.00am - 2.00pm with an immediate start available.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery used in the production process and complete product changes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible for machine set up
- Operating machines, monitoring and maintaining them
- Complete jobs to a certain standard

**Key skills, experience and qualifications required**:

- Ideally have previous experience gained in a manufacturing/production environment
- Mechanical experience or a strong technical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Forklift licence (preferred)
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Full drivers licence

**Job Types**: Casual, Full-time

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Overtime

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence and own reliable vehicle (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
