The role begins as a casual, general hand position, offering flexibility to work across various production areas based on workload and project needs. If we're a good fit for each other, this position could evolve into a permanent, full-time role.

**SHIFT DETAILS**:
**Day Shift**
- Monday - Thursday: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Friday: 6:00 am - 12:00 pm

**Afternoon Shift**
- Monday - Thursday: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
- Friday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

Your primary role will be as a General Hand crew member. This is a dynamic and hands-on position that offers a variety of tasks—no two days will be the same.

You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple production areas, depending on workload and customer needs. These areas may include:

- Industrial blasting
- Powder coating
- Surface preparation
- Cleaning
- Packaging

This role may involve manual handling and heavy lifting, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is required.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
- Previous experience in the paint/coatings industry (highly regarded)
- General handyman/labour experience (highly regarded)
- Proficiency with hand and air tools (highly regarded)
- Current forklift ticket (highly regarded)
- Outstanding work ethic and attitude
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship

**REMUNERATION**:

- Negotiable based on experience and skills
