In management with Johnny Bigg, you'll be responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team consistently delivers excellence in customer service. We're looking for individuals who genuinely care about our customers and are willing to go the extra mile for them.
**About You**:

- A minimum of 1 year of fashion retail management experience
- Experience managing a team of 3 or more
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven to achieve company-set budgets and KPIs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify store opportunities
- Ability to lead, motivate, and empower a team
- Strong Visual Merchandising skills and a commercial, strategic approach to store presentation
- Experience in performance management, rostering, and recruitment
- A keen interest in fashion and trends
- Take pride in your personal style and presentation
- Ability to work well with others and independently, as required by the roster
