We are seeking **qualified and experienced Personal Carers** to join our dedicated team at **Zion Aged Care**.

**Location**: Zion, Nundah - QLD
**Casual**positions available
**Remuneration**: $31.10 to $33.94 per hour + Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances + Employee Discounts

**About the Role**

We're building a great team of carers who are passionate about delivering **person-centred care** with dignity and respect. You'll be part of a nurturing environment where both staff and residents thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting residents in daily living activities
- Promoting independence and well-being
- Collaborating with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality teams
- Assisting with mobility and equipment use
- Providing emotional support and creating a warm, caring environment
- Documenting care activities in iCare and following best practices
- Working closely with healthcare professionals, residents, and families

**About You**
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) - **required**:

- Experience in Aged Care or a similar role - **required**:

- First Aid Certificate - **desirable**:

- Current Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work at least one full shift pattern
