**The details**

Here at our **Bayswater** depot we are looking to welcome a positive, energetic team leader to to lead our team as a Afternoon Operations Supervisor.

**Working 5 x 8 hour shifts** per week, operating from **12.00pm-8.00pm Sunday to Thursday**.

You have a strong understanding of **food production and correct food handling procedures**, and the experience and ability to **successfully lead and mentor a team**. **Experience working on a sandwich line and warehousing** or similar highly regarded.

Please note payrate listed is for an adult 21+ years old and will be less for younger applicants.

**The role requirements**

To be successful in the role, you can offer the following;
- **Safety first** - we are all responsible
- **Team leader/Supervisor experience** in a food manufacturing setting to lead, organise and support our friendly team
- Assisting with start of day **set up**:

- preparing assembly line, machinery etc. Full **training provided**:

- **Train new staff**:

- Data entry
- Competently (and without assistance) lift 10-20kg regularly
- Comfortable working in a cold room environment (3-9 degrees)
- Physically capable of bending, lifting, twisting, stretching and reaching forward frequently, without discomfort
- Perform repetitive work while adhering to quality and safety standards
- **Reliable and punctual commitment** to the opportunity
- You are a strong **team player**with a '**can do**' attitude
- **Great communication** skills at all levels and comfortable with numbers and computers

Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour
