**About the role**:

- Maintenance requests
- Liaising with contractors and assisting residents with minor maintenance repairs
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitorsAssist in wheelchair transport, mail deliveries and other driving duties

**About You**:
We are excited to hear from you about this role We are looking out for:

- A relevant trade qualification or demonstrated handyman experience
- Current Light Rigid NSW Drivers License or willingness to obtain
- Physical Fit for loading and unloading wheelchairs on the bus
- Knowledge of correct manual handling procedures
- A sound understanding of aged care and the principles guiding this sector
- General computer skillsAustralian Working Rights
