The Opportunity :As the Strategic Comms & Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated GTM plans that successfully launch, optimize, and embed Bupa's value propositions.
Working closely with the Senior Strategic Comms & GTM Manager, you will translate strategy into actionable plans that drive growth, retention, and customer engagement.
The role will also focus on strategic 1:1 communications activities that support Bupa's broader objectives and KPIs.This role requires a commercially savvy, customer-centric thinker who can manage multiple initiatives, collaborate effectively across teams, and bring strategic GTM & communication plans to life.
You will contribute to developing GTM playbooks, frameworks, and messaging, ensuring best practices are embedded across the organization.What You'll Be DoingHere's what you can look forward to in this role :Develop and execute end-to-end GTM plans aligned with Bupa's growth, retention, and engagement objectives.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Digital, Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams to ensure GTM plans are well-integrated across all customer touchpoints.Support the optimization of GTM strategies using data, insights, and customer feedback to refine messaging and execution.Assist in integrating Bupa's Health Insurance (HI) Customer Value Proposition (CVP) into GTM plans, ensuring alignment across product and service offerings.Help develop GTM playbooks, frameworks, and templates for a structured approach to launches and optimizations.Work closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, Frontline, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of GTM activities.Utilize customer insights, behavioral science, and analytics to inform GTM plans and drive engagement.What You'll BringTo succeed in this role, you'll ideally have :Proven experience (5+ years) in GTM execution, marketing, product launch management, or similar roles within healthcare, insurance, or customer-centric industries.Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple initiatives, managing stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.A customer-centric mindset, with experience developing messaging and frontline enablement materials that enhance engagement and conversion.A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret insights and performance metrics to optimize GTM plans.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution.A passion for continuous learning and a proactive approach to embedding GTM best practices across the organization.We've Got You CoveredAt Bupa, care is at the heart of everything we do — for our customers and our people.
