We currently have one permanent position available for immediate start
This role involves a variety of tasks related to grain receival, transfer, and export onto bulk vessels.
It is a physical role that includes manual handling and site hygiene.
The role operates on a 10/4 roster, and accommodation is provided.Main Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of the grain receiving team.Oversee the receiving of inbound grain shipments, ensuring accurate recording and segregation.Operate and maintain receiving equipment, including mobile plant equipment and all site assets.Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control and storage, to ensure smooth operations.Assist the Maintenance team across sites.Enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.To be successful in this role, you will possess:A high level of interpersonal skills, including assertiveness, communication, and time management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.The ability to work independently and complete tasks within given instructions, routines, and accepted practices.The ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, maintain a positive attitude, and provide exemplary customer service.High organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Essential Criteria:Experience in a warehouse or grain handling environment.Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment.Valid Western Australian C class driver's license.Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening.If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining an industry leader, please submit your application.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesFood and Beverage ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Bunge by 2x.Get notified about new Construction Supervisor jobs in Ballaying, Western Australia, Australia.
