Are you an experienced Forklift Driver and Order Picker looking for a permanent role?

Are you a warehousing all rounder and a team player?

Hours 9am-5pm

Suitable to commute by public transport

My client has been manufacturing quality food products for over 20 years. An opportunity has become available for an experienced Forklift Driver/Order Picker to join the Warehousing team on a permanent basis based in Springvale. The role will require working in cool rooms and freezers at times.

Reporting to the Site Manager, responsibilities will include;
- Accurate order picking, packing and processing of all customer orders
- Stock checking to ensure accuracy with some heavy lifting required at times
- Put away stock to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including pallet jack and electric Fork Lift
- Deliver a high level of customer service within the Warehouse whilst maintaining the highest possible product standards for customers
- Assist with the packing and unloading of delivery vehicles in this FMCG environment

Must Have
- A current Forklift licence (LF/LO Licence required)
- Experience in managing WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Experience in food handling will be highly advantageous
- Reliability and a willingness to learn
- A good understanding of OH&S requirements/expectations in a warehouse and delivery environment

**Salary**: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour
