**About us**

Crescent Respite (registered NDIS provider) is set to revolutionize disability support, equipping people with the tools to recover, rejuvenate, recalibrate, and rediscover themselves.

We are hiring experienced support workers to provide support to our SIL participant in Highton. You will provide varied supports from 1:1 assistance in daily living skills, meal preparation, manual handling, personal care.

Must be available to work 15+ hours per week and able to work a rotating roster including **sleepover** shifts.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience working with participants having challenging behaviours.
- Minimum 1+ years experience within the disability, community services or similar
- Experience working in the respite setting
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar

**Mandatory Requirement -**
- Valid Driver's License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Valid Manual Handling certificate
- Medication Administration certificate
- Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
- Working with Children's Check
- National Police Check (within last 6 months)
