Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative with experience who will ensure the company's current (and future, or potential) customers' complete satisfaction with the orders, products and services they receive from Bob & Pete's 100% Yum.

The Position

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will interact with the customers in order to answer questions, resolve issues, improve credibility, and nurture relationships whilst demonstrating empathy, transparency and consistency with all customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
Handling and responding appropriately to a wide range of product and service issues in a timely manner across multiple communication channels.
Ensure accurate logging of all customer enquiries and complaints into the database.
Understand the geographical areas that the company delivers to assess delivery times and manage customer expectations.
Print invoices, collection sheets and daily production/dispatch reports as and when required.
Prepare driver wallets, notes to drivers, company representative information where necessary.
Ensure all supplier orders have been generated and received within the appropriate deadline.
Familiarise yourself with the company's product range and the marketable features of these products and their product codes.
Establish and maintain strong relationship with customers through proactive communication
Make outbound calls for new and promotional products.
Enter payments and credits into the database correctly and ensuring these are done within required deadlines.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
Relevant experience in customer service with data entry
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).
Organisational & time management capabilities with a focus on multitasking and reprioritising
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, proactive and shows initiative and works well under pressure
A can-do, team-focused attitude is essential for success
Strong interpersonal and communication - ability to liaise confidently with customers and suppliers both written and verbal.
Attention to detail - Accurate key entry skills
