General Foreman required for a reputable builder on the Gold Coast

**Your new company**

This Gold Coast based construction Company has a solid reputation for successfully delivering commercial projects from $5 to $20M. With a solid pipeline of work and a steady increase in projects, they require an experience Foreman / Site Manager to join their team.

**Your new role**

Your new role will see you working on an apartment and townhouse project based centrally on the Gold Coast. Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for driving the onsite teams to achieve a successful project delivery.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this position you will ideally come from a trades background with prior demonstrated experience as a Foreman/Site Manager working for a tier2 / tier3 commercial construction company. You will have extensive experience working on similar commercial projects valued between $15-$30M. You will be well presented, highly motivated and possess exceptional communication skills.
