**Job Summary**: We are seeking a passionate and talented Brow & Lash Artist to join our team at The Beauty Plan. As a Brow & Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing a range of brow and lash services to clients, ensuring exceptional results and an outstanding customer experience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attention to detail in both eyebrow and lash services.
- Strong understanding of Brow and Lash health.
- Good communication, confident in educating and explaining services and providing before and aftercare to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organised environment.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment and work within set treatment times.
- Responsible for retaining and rebooking clients for services.
- You enjoy creating specific treatment plans, and ensuring you are on a journey with your clients, you are happy to educate them to achieve excellent outcomes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Brow and Lash treatments.
- Beauty Therapy or equivalent brow and lash certificates.
- Brow waxing, tinting, shaping, lamination and lash lift and tinting essential, bonus : threading and facial waxing.
- You have a strong passion for brow and lash perfection, enhancing client features.
- Excellent work ethic, friendly and professional nature and enjoy being part of a team.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
