The Role :We have a fantastic opportunity for motivated Cleaning Team Members to join our team at Perth Airport.
These roles are for periodical cleaning and are night shifts positions.We are looking for people who are reliable, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while making a real difference on-site.This position is covered under the Assetlink & United Workers Union Perth Airport Enterprise Agreement 2025–2028 , which provides rates and conditions above award along with a range of additional benefits.Role Requirements :Well presented, proactive, and able to work independentlyPrevious commercial or retail cleaning experience preferred (training provided)Understanding of cleaning techniques and safe chemical handling (or willingness to learn)Experience using cleaning machinery (scrubbers, buffers, sweepers) desirableStrong focus on safe working practicesPhysically fit with the ability to perform repetitive tasks and walk for extended periodsGood communication and listening skills, with the ability to follow instructionsAbility to work flexible hours, including public holidays and night shiftsValid Australian work rights essentialWhat We Offer You :Pay and conditions in line with the Perth Airport EBA – above award wagesReward and recognition programsOngoing training and development opportunitiesA safe and supportive working environmentClear career development pathwaysFamily-oriented workplace cultureFree uniform and free onsite parkingIf you are an enthusiastic individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service and want to be part of a key onsite cleaning team, we would love to hear from you.
