**About the Role**
Our travel support workers will assist St Jude's clients 2+ days at a time to enjoy new experiences, such as Perth city, and other regions around Western Australia. You will be briefed by the NDIS travel consultant regarding the client's itinerary, hotel booking, food and travel budget. Then when meeting with the client, you can help them pack, drive to the hotel and start your fun itinerary You will assist clients to achieve their NDIS goals and build their capacity. This role includes meals, accommodation (own room) and some activities paid for during the trip. You will be responsible for ensuring the trip runs smoothly, clients having an amazing time away and budgeting needs (food and activities).
**Skills & Experience**
As well as the above skills, the **Key Requirements** include:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Proof of working rights - Passport or visa.
- Valid West Australian driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Working With Children Check issued in Western Australia.
- COVID vaccinations (with booster, if eligible).
