**About the Role**:
As Marketing Coordinator at Hype DC, you will play a pivotal role in how the Hype DC brand is represented across all customer touchpoints, ensuring messaging is consistent, on brand and engaging. Your responsibilities will include building VM directives and training guides for the Retail team, fulfilling all POP requests, identifying centre marketing opportunities, and creating content to be used across all Hype DC channels to drive trade.
Primary responsibility of this role is to support omni-channel campaign execution, retail 4 wall initiatives, and the day to day "always on" tasks for Hype DC.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Work closely with the Creative teams to build, plan and support creative briefs to ensure campaigns are executed and go-to-market activity aligns with brand guidelines.
- Assist with building brand proposals, GTM and retail directives, and post campaign reports.
- Raise PO's & invoices to ensure the PO tracker is always up to date and invoices are paid before any activity goes live.
- Report on all campaign results which will be shared externally and internally.
- Raise, manage, and track all marketing co-op spend to ensure all reimbursements are raised and paid.
- Ensuring all contact lists for suppliers, brand partners, influencer and centre contacts are kept up to date.
- Create content where needed to support sale events, store openings, new product drops
- Create Retail VM directive for campaigns.
- Support with Retail team training guides for new brands and products.
- Responsible for driving centre marketing relationship and placements.
- Manage and fulfill all store POP requests.
- Manage all retail print briefing and distribution lists for all brand and sale campaigns.
- Manage and executive the VM calendar for Market Street and store activations.
- Manage the digital screen content for stores.
- Responsible for store music, ensuring it is up to date and on brand.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and advertising agencies, to produce marketing materials and ensure they met deadlines.
- Plan and execute in-store activations to support openings and refurbishments.
- Work with the marketing manager and PR teams to plan and execute brand events including ideation, supplier management and execution.

- Graphic design experience in Adobe Suite is a bonus.
