We are now looking for lookout for a Store Manager at Eastland with a passion for people, pastries, and positivity
About the Role As Store Manager, you'll be the glazed and confused no more – you're the one who keeps everything running smoother than a freshly piped custard filling.
The roster will be flexible with rotation across all shifts and weekends to get to know the team.
We are expecting you to be on the roster with your team for approx.
35 hours per week, with approximately 3 hours for administration tasks.
Using your amazing leadership skills you will lead our Eastland team who are passionate and excited to sell our brand
As Store Manager, you'll be the glazed and confused no more – you're the one who keeps everything running smoother than a freshly piped custard filling.More specifically your role will include : A strong people person and leader
Creating a welcoming, energetic store vibe.
As a Store Manager, you will lead our store in a hands-on role leading and motivating your team.
You will thrive in a fast-paced role and be a passionate leader.
You will split your time between hands on retail work in store and managerial administration work.
You will have experience in driving sales week on week, while at the same time managing costs.
Driving sales and smashing KPIs like a jam donut under pressure.
Administrative duties include rostering, wages management; stock control/ordering.
Flexible days and times including a combination of weekdays and weekends to ensure touchpoints with your entire team.
What you'll need : Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field.
A skilled people leader with experience in motivating your team to succeed and dealing with people issues when they arise.
Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Exceptional sales management and achievement of store contribution e.g. KPIs, cost control.
Not afraid to be super hands on.
Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
