About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Optometrist
to join our team in Erina.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with world-class technology, including Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyser, Non-contact tonometer, Corneal Topographer, Optos UWDRS and OCT. They will be responsible for performing eye examinations for a broad range and scope of customers, recommending lens solutions based on customer lifestyles, explaining lens technology and communicating the features and benefits of lens products to customers.
In addition, they will coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in the usage and recommendation of technology to customers, work with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximise Eyecare revenue, and develop strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive eye examinations for customers
Recommend lens solutions based on customer needs and preferences
Communicate complex information about lens technology to customers in a clear and concise manner
Capture detailed patient records accurately and efficiently
