**About the Job**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing clients with post-treatment care instructions, such as not rubbing or touching the eyes for a specified period after treatment has been provided
- Following all state regulations regarding sterilisation and disinfection procedures for equipment and supplies
- Discussing clients' options for lash styles that best suit their facial features and preferences
- Maintaining cleanliness at all times to prevent exposure to infections and other harmful conditions
- Providing information about aftercare products and how to use them properly
- Providing information about post-treatment care, such as how long results should last or what to do if an infection occurs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Certificate III in hair and beauty
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain the treatment process, expected results, and aftercare instructions to clients.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with coworkers, ensuring seamless understanding and consistency in treatment approaches and outcomes.
- Skilled in managing client information, appointment scheduling, and product inventory.
- Ability to keep track of daily tasks, organise work efficiently, and monitor product levels to ensure timely reordering.
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming and comfortable experience for clients.
- Ability to differentiate between products and recommend the best options tailored to each client's needs.
