Are you an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse looking to make a difference in patient care?
Mannum Hospital invites you to join our dedicated team in providing compassionate, person-centred care to our community.
As an Enrolled Nurse at Mannum Hospital, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Registered Nurses and Midwives.
Your responsibilities will include delivering both direct and indirect patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of nursing care in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect patient/client care.
Demonstrate knowledge and skill in assessment, care, and routine procedures for your area of practice.
Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, make decisions and take initiative in planning and completing nursing tasks within your scope of practice.
Engage with patients/clients to provide tailored, person-centred care.

Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible for a current practicing certificate.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Competence in prioritising workload and recognising/reporting changes in clinical conditions.
Commitment to providing person-centred care.
Experience in providing nursing care in a healthcare setting, adhering to appropriate standards of practice.
