Are you seeking a rewarding career and would like to work in the community services sector? We are seeking a recent HSC school leaver of 2023/24 to take on a Business traineeship to provide administration support to this well-established NDIS provider in Windsor NSW. This traineeship will give you the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business qualification over 12 months. Traineeships allow you to work full time (38 hours per week) in a business environment and get paid to study with no course fees. This is a great way to kick-start your career with an opportunity of progression for the right person. Our Host Employer is a registered NDIS provider who provides services to people with disabilities. Their aim is to provide professional services, advice and support for individual needs, preferences, and skills of people with disabilities and those who support them. This Business traineeship role will be integral to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of day programs, providing administration support to other members of staff.
The ideal candidate for the position will require the following attributes:
Empathetic and caring nature
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work independently & within a team environment
Highly organised & handle multiple tasks at once
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel
Fast learner to use in-house database system
Commitment to learning
The position will involve, and not limited to, the following duties:
Responsible for supporting client service delivery
Provide administration support to maintain efficient customer service to clients
Inbound / outbound correspondence
Maintain petty cash
Follow strict policies and procedures
Ensure the office is always clean and tidy
