**The role**

The acquisition of Citigroup Australia's consumer business supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank. NAB has mobilised an integration team, Project Edge, to support the transition of Citigroup Australia into NAB's Personal Banking Division and the integration of both businesses.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Analyst to help support our Digital channel customer experience, servicing features and overall product performance. This role will help to to enhance website and mobile banking channels and support the rollout of Open Banking platforms.

**The role and day-to-day will include**:

- Support on-going website and mobile banking channels and drive conversion and engagement
- Support product and partner teams in the development of digital tools and assets, providing guidance on best practice and upcoming market trends and opportunities
- Drive increased customer satisfaction across the portfolio and Net promoter score KPIs
- Maintain strong relationships across key stakeholder groups
- Provide high-level problem solving across the platform's portfolio

**What you will bring**:

- Experience within the banking and financial services industry
- Exposure to digital channels and products
- Analytical and numerical skills to problem solve and improve digital channels, workflows, and offerings
- Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing business priorities
- Evaluation skills to identify, manage and respond to complex and variable issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, build relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels

Experience within banking, digital channels and products is preferred.
