Our client has gone from strength to strength over the past couple of years. Working on some large-scale commercial projects they have expanded, creating the need for an in-house Accounts & Admin Officer.

**The Role**:
This sole-charge finance role works closely with the Owner of the business and the external Accountant.
- Bookkeeping duties such as company invoicing - payables and receivable
- Employee expense reimbursement
- Generating weekly rolling cashflow forecast
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Assist with preparation of BAS/IAS and End of Year Tax Return for Accountant
- Administration & Office duties
- Payroll processing and associated payments
- HR support, new employee onboarding

**Your Background**:
We are looking for self-starters who can take ownership of the finance function in a small business to support the MD & external accountants.

Experience on your resume with AP/AR and cashflow reporting is required.

You will be an energetic, self-motivated and positive person Great communication skills are essential.

Please note this role is in the Sutherland Shire so please make sure this location works for you
