**Trainee in Information Technology - Deception Bay**

Are you passionate about technology and eager to build a career in IT? We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy **Trainee in Information Technology** to join our team in Deception Bay. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all areas of IT while working with a supportive and innovative team.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Learning and assisting with programming and software development
- Supporting web design projects, including layout, functionality, and optimization
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for clients, both in-person and remotely
- Helping with hardware and software setup, maintenance, and updates
- Working with clients to understand their IT needs and providing tailored solutions
- Assisting with general IT tasks, such as network configuration, cybersecurity, and system administration

**What We're Looking For**:

- A strong interest in all aspects of IT, including programming, web design, and client support
- Basic knowledge of computers and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude when working with clients
- A team player with a proactive approach to tasks
- A valid driver's license is a bonus for on-site client visits
