Engage Abilities is a Registered Service Provider of the NDIS. Our team of highly experienced staff aim to provide our clients with quality service that reflects their needs and promotes their dignity, well-being, abilities and independence. We are currently recruiting **4* **male** **Support Workers *for our SIL house located in Campbelltown.
- **Please note that successful applicants will work on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday: afternoon shifts 2 pm to 10 pm AND evening shifts 10 pm to 6 am)**_

**The role consists of**:

- Supporting participants with a disability.
- Teaching and helping with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, and cleaning.
- Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication
- Helping them to access community facilities and be included in community groups.

**Skills and knowledge**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A compassionate approach with strong work ethic are essential for this role.
- Driver licence with full comprehensive car insurance is required
- **Please note that all our employees are required to undergo a screening process including reference checks and a Police Check, and are also required to have obtained their First Aid/CPR certificate, WWCC, NDIS Worker Check and be fully vaccinated against COVID19 (or be able to provide a medical contraindication certificate).**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $38.04 per hour

**Experience**:

- disability, community sector (paid OR volunteer role): 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- driver licence with full COMPREHENSIVE car insurance (required)
- WWCC, Police check and NDISWC (or willing to obtain) (preferred)
